SecuritySeer's office is located on a scenic wooded
35-acre property outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and 20 minutes north of
Wilmington, Delaware. The main building is an award winning architectural
renovation of a historic 17th century grist mill. The second building is a
renovated carriage house.
Directions:
From NY City:
Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 2.
Take
Route 322 West to Commodore Barry Bridge.
On the PA. side of bridge, briefly
take 95 South.
Exit onto Route 322 West again (sign says West Chester/Route
322 West).
Take Route 322 West which will dead-end into Route 1.
Turn left
onto Route 1 for 1/2 mile.
Turn right onto Brinton Lake Road.
Pass through
stop sign. SecuritySeer is located in the renovated 17th century grist mill 100
yards on the right.
From Philadelphia Airport:
Follow
signs for I-95 South.
Continue south on I-95 until you see signs for 322
West.
Exit onto Route 322 West (sign says West Chester/Route 322
West).
Take Route 322 West which will dead-end into Route 1.
Turn left
onto Route 1 for 1/2 mile.
Turn right onto Brinton Lake Road.
Pass through
stop sign. SecuritySeer is located in the renovated 17th century grist mill 100
yards on the right.
From Philadelphia 30th St
Station:
Follow signs for 76 West.
Follow signs for airport until
road merges onto I-95 South.
Continue south on I-95 until you see signs for
322 West.
Exit onto Route 322 West (sign says West Chester/Route 322
West).
Take Route 322 West which will dead-end into Route 1.
Turn left
onto Route 1 for 1/2 mile.
Turn right onto Brinton Lake Road.
Pass through

From Wilmington Train Station and Points
South:
Follow signs for 95 North.
Just North of Wilmington, DE,
take Route 202 North.
Follow 202 North to Route 1 North.
Turn right onto
Route 1.
At 2nd stop light turn left onto Brinton Lake Road.
Pass through
stop sign. SecuritySeer is located in the renovated 17th century grist mill 100
yards on the right.
From King Of Prussia/Valley
Forge:
Take 202 south past West Chester to Dilworthtown Road. (Getty
Station on Left.)
Turn left onto Dilworthtown Road and continue until first
stop sign. Brinton Lake Road.
Turn right and go through first stop sign and
continue straight.
SecuritySeer.com Building is on your left in the renovated
17th century grist mill.
